Joyce Etta Fenton (Suess), 54, passed away August 27th, 2010 in Englewood, Colorado. She was born on October 6, 1955, in Denver, Colorado to Frederick and MaryAnna Fenton. She grew up in Riverside Acres south of Littleton, Colorado and graduated from Douglas County High School in 1972. She attended Blair Jr. College and graduated with her Associates Degree. She resided in Colorado Springs, Colorado and Camp Verde, Arizona until 2009 and then returned to the Denver area. She was employed by Foot Hills Park and Recreation.
She enjoyed spending time with her dog, Jerry, doing crossword puzzles, crocheting, collecting teddy bears, watching the Chicago Cubs and talking with friends and family. She was loved by all and will be deeply missed.
She is survived by her son Robert Suess of Denver, Colorado; siblings; Kenny (Mary) Fenton of Grand Junction, Colorado; Sharon (Ray) Northcutt of Nashville, Tennessee; Denny Fenton of Rockford, Iowa; Bonnie (John) Masterson of Littleton, Colorado; Glenn Fenton of Long Beach, California; Glenda Fenton of Colorado Springs, Colorado; Freda Fenton of Englewood, Colorado; and also many friends, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A service will be held Thursday, September 16, 2010 at Englewood Bible Church, 3190 South Grant Street, Englewood, CO 80113 at 1:00pm.
