Jeff died April 11, 2007 at the age of 14 of a cerebral aneursym. He died while warming up for a varsity lacrosse game. Jeff was incredible. He was a fun loving and spirited young man with a passion for life, an infectious smile and a huge heart. We have established a fund in his name - - jmj23fund.org used to support youth development organizations and agencies, young adults in the area and in Rochester, NY; brain injury organizations; and services for the bereaved parents and their families.

It is Halloween Jeff. I miss you so.
